Our Circulator

Our immersion circulator, the Stealth, was designed and assembled in the USA with as many American parts as available.  This unit  was designed exclusively for sous vide cooking, but it can be used to control a water vat to within one degree Celsius for a variety of  options. One year into this endeavor, and the design and reliability is proving to be quite sound. The unit is durable, and it has no bulky bath, so it is easy to store. The circulator is a 360 degree enclosed fan blade, and not a spout that directs the water in only one direction. We feel our design is superior in keeping the water circulated and the temperature more even throughout. With the large clamp throat, our circulator can be clamped to just about anything. This makes it great for lexans and stock pots. You can always count on keeping your water temperature to within one degree (C) or less . All units come with a 1 year warranty, including parts and labor.
